Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity

The Master of Science (M.S.) in Cybersecurity Program in the Gupta College of Business is designed to offer students a real world cybersecurity education taught by experienced industry professionals. The cybersecurity master’s program dives into the critical topics facing organizations today. The topics include data protection, legal and compliance, operational and strategic cybersecurity management, penetration testing and digital forensics.

While focusing on maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, the MS in Cybersecurity program covers all eight domains of cybersecurity required for the CISSP exam:

Enterprise Architecture

The M.S. in Cybersecurity is a 30-hour program comprised of ten classes that cover a range of cybersecurity topics. For the typical working professional taking two classes per semester, the M.S. in cybersecurity program can be completed in about 1-2 years. This program is 100 percent online.

*Please note that this program is not suitable for students planning to attend on an F-1 visa.

The University of Dallas — Center for Cybersecurity is an established cybersecurity center within the University of Dallas Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. In 2003, the University of Dallas was designated a Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) by the National Security Agency (NSA). The University of Dallas values the support and guidance provided by the NSA and has been successfully re-designated as a CAE for nearly 20 years.
